1. Notes from last meeting:

We had a very positive turn out. We covered training on an indoor trainer, overcoming excuses to not train, race (bike) preparation, transition strategy, hill climbing, and cornering. Time went by quite fast. That is why we are having a part 2 for Augusts’ meeting shortly our website will be updated with pictures from the clinic.

Notes: At the Bob Hope Theater parking lot and go over various aspects of cycling. Bring your bike and cycling gear. This will not be a hard ride.

3. Las Vegas 70.3

Kyle Hayslip, Michael Ludwig, & Misty Posey are racing Las Vegas.

Those and others are encouraged to reserve their hotels (Haceinda) while the blocked rooms last.

The LV Triathlon has blocked out rooms for those that are racing the LV triathlon.

Rate: 3 nights (25,26,27) for $180
