Tom, open a slot for you next Thursday (10th) for a professional bike fitting @4:30pm. It wont cost anymore than $30-$40 (if he makes a lot of adjustments). But you will get quality insights into the human body and how it relates to triathlon cycling. If you want to stay for the track workout, it will cost $10. Please confirm you will make the fitting.
